Today was the first day of racing for the 2010 Asian RS:X Windsurfing Championships. 32 sailors from 9 countries gathered on the windswept islands of Penghu - located between the Taiwan Mainland and China.
The fleet consisted of 16 RSX 9.5 windsurfers, 8 Youth Men and 8 women. Of those, there�were 2 Men from Iran who had to jump through hoops for 4 days to eventually arrive on the islands.
